Homemade Woven Wire Fence Unroller. The pvc stopped it from happening. The ease and safety of operation is enhanced by the hydraulic operating valves enabling the operator to run the machine and guide the wire from a safe position.
We needed to put a piece of 2 pvc pipe about 4 tall at the base of the upright post. Very simple fence unroller build. Worked pretty well but laid on the ground.
